Breathing based on Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
He got practical training by conducting camps along with Sri Tavariya ji, as his teaching
assistant.
Since then from, last 27 years, he has been practicing and teaching these exercise voluntarily
at
various
places
such as govt IAS Academy, Schools, Colleges, Judicial academies and more.
