Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All payments made to LifeSecret are non-refundable.

No cash refund, bank refund, or payment reversal will be issued once payment is received, except where required by applicable law.

14-Day Review Window (No Session Used)

If your order was purchased within the last 14 days and no session/meeting has been conducted, you may submit a written request for review.

For clarity, this is a review window and not an automatic refund entitlement.

Transfer Option (Case-by-Case)

Instead of a refund, LifeSecret may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

• Transfer of value to another person nominated by you, or
• Transfer of value to another LifeSecret service/package.

Any such transfer is determined case-by-case and is subject to:

• Current prices/rates of the new service at the time of transfer,
• Work already completed or resources already allocated,
• Administrative and scheduling considerations, and
• Final approval by LifeSecret.

The transferable amount, if any, is decided solely by LifeSecret and may be full, partial, or nil depending on the above factors.

When Transfer/Adjustment Is Generally Not Available

• One or more sessions/meetings have already been conducted,
• Service delivery has already started for a customized package,
• The request is incomplete or unsupported by required details, or
• The request does not comply with these terms.
