Payments are made 100% in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing by LifeSecret

Packages may be customized and pricing may vary based on scope, duration, and service requirements

Package components are delivered as structured by LifeSecret and may not be split or unbundled unless expressly agreed

Services are delivered with professional care by LifeSecret coaches based on the selected package scope

Once a package is confirmed, unilateral cancellation or breach by the client is not permitted except as specifically provided in the policy documents

All services are non-refundable; any transfer or adjustment request is reviewed strictly case-by-case at LifeSecret's sole discretion under the Refund Policy

Service duration and validity are specified in your invoice or written confirmation and must be used within that period unless otherwise approved by LifeSecret

If these terms are violated, LifeSecret may suspend or terminate services without liability, subject to applicable law

Coaching/counselling services are guidance-oriented and do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or personal/professional milestones

LifeSecret services are not a substitute for emergency medical, psychiatric, or crisis intervention services

These terms are subject to applicable law, and courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction.
